REV 1:3

 REVELATION 1:3

Revelation 1:3Blessed is the one who reads aloud the words of this prophecy, and blessed are those who hear, and who keep what is written in it, for the time is near.”

The first of a sevenfold blessing of Revelation is pronounced here and expanded in the reminder of the book.

Blessed is the one who reads aloud the words of this prophecy
A blessing is pronounced upon those who read, hear, and keep those things written in the Book of Revelation.
In ancient days, the word of God was not available to everyone. When they gathered in synagogue, one person used to read the word of God aloud and others listened. The preacher who taught and the congregation that heard the teachings were blessed. This is the only book in the Bible that promises a blessing to those who read it, and those who listen to it being read. Both the preacher who preaches and the congregation who heard the teachings will be blessed.

…and keep those things which are written therein
Whoever read and listen should believe that all prophesies mentioned in this book  will happen very soon. We can tell that many of the prophecies have already started to fulfill.

…for the time is at hand
These words are conforming Jesus words. When Jesus started His ministry, the first sentence Jesus told according to Gospel Mark 1:15 is "The time is fulfilled, and the KINGDOM OF GOD IS AT HAND; repent and BELIEVE IN THE GOSPEL."
“I am coming soon “ this dialogue is repeated  for 4(Rev. 3:11, 22:7, 12, 20) times in this book. So, as Jesus said we should "REPENT and BELIEVE IN THE GOSPEL"
