Mark of the Beast “666”
Now we will see about the symbol of antichrist
Kindly turn your bible to Revelation 13:16-18
And he causeth all, both small and
great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand, or
in their foreheads: And that no man might buy or sell, save
he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name. Here is wisdom. Let him that hath
understanding count the number of the beast: for it is the number of a man; and
his number is Six hundred
threescore and six.

Rev.13:16 so this second beast makes everyone - great and small, rich and poor,
free and enslaved - be branded on the right hand or on the forehead,
Rev.13:17
and no one can buy or sell unless he has been branded with the name of the
beast or with the number of its name.
Rev.13:18
Let us see who is wise! If you are clever, you can interpret the number of the
Beast; it is 666 and it is the name of a certain person.
About this number
Ø
So many years ago itself God’s
people have already given so many messages about this topic.
Ø
Everybody told that 666 is the
mark of the beast.
Ø
The last ruler will be the
antichrist. He will create a symbol for his kingdom and he will force everyone to
accept that mark in their right hand or fore head.
Ø
From this verse Rev.13:16 it is stated clearly, that all the types of the people
o
both small and great
o
rich and poor
o
free and bond
Ø
Whosoever who rejects this
mark; will not be able to buy or sell.
Ø
That means we cann’t buy
any things, example food, dress, house hold things etc
Ø
In the same say we can’t
sell anything also.
What is that mark?
Ø
There are three things in
that mark.
1.
Beast name
2.
Beast Mark means photo.
3.
Beast Number
Ø
We should accept any one of
these, and then only we will be able to buy or sell.
We are going to compare this with current days…
How did this number enter this world? How it is ruling the people now?
How cannot people live without using this number?
Ø
May be we would have seen
many movies related to this “666”.
Ø
In those movies, they show this number “666”
will be in antichrist’s head. It’s not like that. This number will not be his
head or in any of his belongings.
Ø
What bible say in Rev.13:18
is…
“Let us see who is wise! If you are clever,
you can interpret the number of the Beast; it is 666 and it is the name of a
certain person.”
Ø
Why do we need to be wise? Why do we need to be clever?
Because that number is not a direct number like “666” it will be an interpreted number. If we calculate that
number, then only, we can be able to understand this number “666”, otherwise we
can’t not understand.
Ø
Because of that only bible
says “if you are
clever, you can interpret the number of the Beast”
Why did Beast
select this number?
Ø
Firstly, we will see some
bible references.
Ø
Every one of us knows about
creation of the world.
Ø

Genesis 1: 25,26 & 27
Gen 1:25
And God made the beast of the earth after his kind, and cattle after
their kind, and everything that creepeth upon the earth after his kind: and God
saw that it was good.
So God created man in his own image, in
the image of God created he him; male and female created he them.

God created the wild animals according to their kind, and everything that
creeps along the ground according to its kind. God saw that it was good.
Gen 1:26 God
said, "Let us make man in our image, to our likeness. Let them rule over
the fish of the sea, over the birds of the air, over the cattle, over the wild
animals, and over all creeping things that crawl along the ground."
Gen 1:27 So
God created man in his image; in the image of God he created him; male and
female he created them.
Ø
If
you ask anyone, what did God created on the sixth day? Everyone will answer God
created man on sixth day.
Ø
But
if you carefully read the scripture God did not
created the man on sixth day, He created two more things on that sixth
day.
Ø
Those
three things are….
o
all
types of animals
o
The
Woman
Ø
Now
we understand that God created three
things on sixth day and God gave power to human to be dominion over all
creations.
Ø
God
gave the dominion power to both man and woman. But the woman was cheated by
serpent; through her both fell into sin.
Ø
Here
God cursed all these three people serpent, man and woman.
Ø
When
God cursed the woman He tells like this…

Kindly
turn your bible into Genesis 3:16
Unto the woman he said, I will greatly
multiply thy sorrow and thy conception; in sorrow thou shalt bring forth
children; and thy desire shall be to thy husband, and he shall rule over thee.

Gen3:16 To the woman, God said,
"I will increase your suffering in childbearing, and you will give birth
to your children in pain. You will be dependent on your husband and he will
lord it over you."
Ø God tells to woman “You will be dependent on your husband and he will lord it over
you."
Ø
From this we see three types of dominion power
1.
Woman had dominion power
over all creations
2.
Man had dominion power over
woman and all creations
3.
The serpent had dominion
over the man and woman. If serpent had dominion over man and woman,
automatically it also had dominion power of all creations.
4.
The serpent got the
dominion power over man, woman and all creations
Ø
So the Beast got three
types of dominion power on sixth day,
Ø
Sixth day three powers,
that is “666”
Ø
This is one of the reasons.
Another reason is
Ø
When Nebuchadnezzar king ruled the
Babylon, he dreamed about great image.
Kindly turn your
bible to Daniel 3:1
Nebuchadnezzar the king made an image of
gold, whose height was threescore
cubits, and the breadth thereof six
cubits: he set it up in the plain of Dura, in the province of Babylon.
(RC) Dan 3:1
King Nebuchadnezzar had a golden statue, sixty cubits high and six cubits wide,
erected on the plain of Dura in the province of Babylon.

this verse tells how much
height and width that image should be.
Ø
Threescore (that means sixty) cubits height
and six cubits wide.
Ø
Here we got two 6 (one is
height (6+0=6) and width 6)
Ø
What about another 6?
Please read the verse 5
That at what time ye hear the sound of
the cornet, flute, harp, sackbut, psaltery, dulcimer, and all kinds of musick,
ye fall down and worship the golden image that Nebuchadnezzar the king hath set
up:
(RC) Dan 3:5
…to fall down and worship the golden statue as soon as you hear the music
played on the horn, flute, zither, lyre, harp, pipes and all other instruments.

Here how many type of instruments? 6 types of instruments
Ø
Now we got the third 6. Now we got 666.
